Sounds like a good book. going back to your title of this thread, Brian Tracy had a word for it too, "eat your frog first then the rest of your day will go smooth". Once I learned how to do when I work, I felt like the heaviness was lifted an I hummed through the rest of the day.

Right now I am reading a good book to; title The Idea Factory by Valerie Parv. She has a lot of motivation sayings from many of the top motivators Like Jim Rhonn, Dr. Dennis Waitley. This book was published in 1995

Yes, a good book indeed. So much more to learn.

    I attack every day everyday.

The first thing I do is set my alarm for 11:30pm. I wake up before the day starts to ambush it when it least expects it.

After donning my bandanna and warpaint, I hide under my covers and watch the clock.

    11:58
    11:59
    12:00!

I jump up and start kicking the walls and anything close to me.

I start screaming at the top of my lungs "DIE FROGS! DIGEST IN THE PIT OF MY STOMACH! I WILL REAP THE BENEFITS OF MY PREPARATION."

After the ceremony, I get to work. I usually start by bandaging my war wounds.
