Typically, I am not sure what I am going to write and I have to get myself to a place where I feel great enough so I can focus on making a difference for somebody else with what I produce.

This morning I spent ten minutes writing every detail that I loved about the game and about the stadium.
What does this do for me?
I have locked in the great memories that I had last night and I have taken one more step closer to lead my mind down the path of positive thoughts. Your thoughts will go based on momentum. We isolate ourselves from others or we seek out others so that we can complain to them. Neither approach is terribly effective. Seek out others to life them up and you will find that you are lifted up as well.
Find a Community of People Who Are Generally Positive - Ultimately, you cannot create the difference you want to create by yourself. Find yourself a positive community.
