Thank you so much guys. I really appreciate it. It's still shocking to me, especially that this just happened. I still haven't seen him yet. All I know is just to be thankful for another day folks.

I wrote a letter on FB to Chris. If guys are interested in reading here it is.

Dear Christopher Ung,

Wow. This is hard. But I want to share all the memories we've had, and also for others who never had the opportunity to get to know you. I remember back in 2010 we had a class together (both communication majors), and we weren't as close but we were FB friends. You noticed that I was going through a depressing stage in my life, and out of the blue you had reached out to me.

Ever since that day, we hung out constantly night in and night out. I remember we would hang out by the beach just sharing our future, and what we want to do in life. You would tell me that you want to work so hard so you can make your father proud. He was a big inspiration because I remember stating that he came to America without anything, and he worked for it. And you wanted to give back to him. You told me precisely what you were going to do in life, and it amazed me that you did all of that.

After a couple weeks of knowing you, you ran out of the car and you came up to me smiling. And you said "Come here man! I just want to hug you!" "I Love you bro. You're one of my closest friends." From that day on, I knew that we were going to have a long bonding relationship.

We did all the simple things in life, just hanging out in random spots sharing what we want to accomplish in life. You would always be there to hear what I have to say. No matter what the time and day is, you always reached out your way to hang out with me.

The way you treated your girlfriend was remarkable. You were always consistent in what you did. I can tell you, no man in this world can be as patient, kind, and loving as you. You did everything for her, and you ignored what everyone would say. You inspired me to treat a girl as a REAL man should. You poured your heart out to her, and not a lot of men can do that. You sir, deserve all the props for that.

Chris, it's crazy that I met someone that had the same personality as I do, but man your family raised you to an amazing amazing amazing individual. And it shows. Look at all the friends and family that are there for you. I hope you see this too. I remember you being worried that no one would care about you if you were to pass away. Well, you're wrong.

It amazes me how we connected the world. In other words, my friends met you and your friends vice versa. We used to have 30 or so mutual friends now we're at 100+ something.

My brother, your time isn't done. I will carry on your dreams and we will succeed together. You have inspired me in every way possible, and you have been there for me during my worst times and my happiest times. I won't forget everything that you've told me, and we will make our dreams possible together.

I love you brother. And I can't wait to see you again. R.I.P

Guys, I just want to share something amazing to you all...The power of giving.

Last night I was at at dennys and I remembered a waitress that served Chris all the time. I told her that he passed away, and she came back and gave all her tip to me to donate for Chris. A couple minutes later, another waiter that showed up gave all his tip money as well. Amazing..truly blessed. Thank you Diane and Ruben.

The human spirit...Definitely makes me look forward to the future.

First, I feel sorry about that man. I know, there are many things that we can't control. Such as death, I'm totally agree with you about 'do something like there's no tomorrow'. It makes our life worthwhile..

Sorry to hear about your best friend. My dad died a few years ago of a brain tumor. He was healthy for his age and then was diagnosed with a brain tumor and died in less than 4 months. I have been cardiac arrest 4 times in my life and for some reason I lived. You never know when it will be your time.

I used to have a boss in a sales job I had that said live each day like it is your last because if you do not get your sales up it will be your last day on this job.

Good advice for all of us in our lives and Internet marketing lives.

Sorry for your loss I've just spent 4 days in a hospital with my family and my uncle who had lung cancer. He lost his fight yesterday at 3.15 UK time. They took him away hours later, washed him and put him in a quiet, candle lit room with soft music playing.

I got to give him a kiss on his forehead and thanked him for being the best person he could be, and my uncle. I hadn't really shown much emotion over the 4 days, but seeing him for the last time and saying goodbye broke me down out of nowhere.

The best way to remember them is to appreciate the time you did have with them, and in my case thank him for trying his hardest to look brave for his family.

So sorry for your loss man, hope the funeral goes (or went) well.
