-How we can be happy?-


-Be Positive: Be confident and positive. Never under estimate yourself but dont be so proud of yourself.

-Smile - It has proved that when you smile your mood gets elevated no matter what your state of mind is.

-Forgive - The attitude of forgiveness helps people feel better and save themselves from any kind of cardiovascular problem also. It directly affects your heart as forgiveness reduces the level of stress.

-Be optimistic - Practice optimism in every field and aspect of life. Improving your attitude towards life will enhance your happiness permanently.

-Set goals - It is very important you have something that you are working on. For example, if you are getting up early in the morning, you should know what you are going to achieve in the future.

-Follow your instinct - When you have to make a decision in life and you find yourself confused, stay calm and listen to what your inner self has to say. Act accordingly. Remember, you need to take a chance to bring changes in life.

-Stay employed - Employment will provide you with money that you need for the daily activities and to achieve basic happiness.

-Social life - Having a good social life also helps in keeping people happy. Stay close to your family and friends and you will feel more secured and satisfied.

-Make friends: Try to make friends and be loyal with them.

-Enjoy What you do- Try to enjoy what you are doing or even you start something new.

    When you are in the process of reaching important goals that you have set for yourself, it makes you more alive and a lot more happy.

    Too many people don't have meaningful goals that they want to accomplish and that makes their life more miserable then those who have goals and are achieving them.

    Getting the results that you were after makes things even better. When you reach a goal, you always have to set new ones.

    My vote is also for Setting Goals. I think all of the qualities listed are important and valuable, but to be truly happy, you need to be working towards something that truly matters to you.

    Setting important life goals by far. And of course working on those goals everyday.

    Moving towards something that you truly believe in is absolutely amazing. I can't think of much else that makes me that happy.

      after dealing with deep depression and rapid cycling bi polar disorder much of my life ..

      happyness is not a goal it is a bi product of something else ..

      you want to feel happeir in a minute .. put a pen beween your teeth and sit up streight and lift your chin up ..the pen will force a real smile on your face ...and you feel a bit silly which is good ..

      you want bliss though not just happyness ..

      feed your body what it needs ..and learn to listen to what it need ..when you eat good food that taste good..and even feel better the hours after you eat while it digests .. it make it easier to be happy ..

      sleep properly ..if you are waking up tired ..figure out the problem.. this is currently an issue for me ..

      retrain your ego and give it a break .. most people hand the job of showing the world who they are ..and decideing what that image is over to the ego..which leads to a lot of missery ..you chose who you are going to be ..and give your ego the role of prcessing feedvback from those around you .and working with you to live true to who you want to be ..

      liveing from the ego most people put on a show to be acceptable or trie to be liked by as many people as possible ..

      living from a selfish desire to do what is best for you and place you needs above being liked .. you have to be egotistical enough to get those people out of your life who are non family .. who find it there joy to have you do things that really don't take care of any of your needs but do get their needs taken care of untill the next time .

      live today but live today with as long a view od the future you can have ..and do things today that will move you into that future ..it goes beyond goals .. and it mixes eating and sleeping better with ego retraining ..
