Hi Warriors,

This is my first post on forum. And I like to share with you one of the best videos that summarizes "Getting Things Done" technique.

In just 1 min, I got the idea of GTD and so you can do too.

This one is also very good (combines gtd and evernote): The Secret Weapon: Evernote and GTD smoothly integrated into TSW

IMO the best is Simpleology but it has an extremely expensive price tag. I mean $57/month is too much for a goal management system. The free plan allows you to have 50 records which is way bit low.

Kanban is the simplest method and best for me. It's like OP video more or less.

Nice short simple video. I use a another "task list" method that was shown in the first video. The guys at Appsumo showed it to their subscribers and it has been really useful for me.

Thanks for the video. I spent alot of time analyzing time management systems and ultimately found GTD cumbersome. The investment of time in a system should save you more time than it costs and I found GTD did not. I ultimately designed a couple of systems you can check out for free on the blog in my signature.

I haven't implemented it as much as I should. But the one take away I got from it about a year ago, was to record everything into one place and then go back weekly to go through it and decide what to do with it. Makes me not have to constantly remember all these details.

Thanks for the share.. Simple but effective.

I personally have a "Must Get Done List" which contains all the things that i can do in a given day which will move me the closest to attaining my goals.

I need to finish everything on the list before going to sleep
