I came across a young man by the name of Joseph Clough. This is what he says about himself on his website:

"[SIZE=/h4]I am an international Speaker, Free Thinker, Best Selling Hay House Author of 'Be Your Potential' and Coach on Self Development and Conscious Living - I have lots to say on how important and amazing you are and lots to show you. I record videos and audio for free here too."

He has tons of free downloads [over 50 hours worth!] on personal development and Hypnosis. I've got loads of them on my mp3 and listen to something everyday.

    I'm not speaking out of direct experience here, but rather secondary experience. My good friend tells me that he uses meditation and hypnosis to clear his mind of stress and help him focus on the task at hand. He's currently studying for the LSAT and getting ready to start applying to law schools, so you can imagine the stress. I haven't talked to him too much about this since I don't particularly believe in this subconscious mind kind of stuff, but it's interesting nonetheless.

    Hi Denden! I am curious, what was it about Joseph that led you to share his name here? I mean, other than his having free content? I am not familiar with his work, but I did watch some of his material. Thank you for your input.

    I also recommend Rhonda Byrne's full version of "The Secret" dvd
