    Ironic timing for me to see this video. I had/have what I believe to be a really good idea for me to start a website, but over the last two or three weeks, I have actually talked myself out of the idea. It wasn't anyone but me saying it won't work. I have to stop listening to those voices and just press on with the idea.

    Everyone gets discouraged. That was an inspiring video. The thing to keep in mind is this, if anyone can, then everyone can. If you can think it, you can achieve it. There's no such thing as failure, only feedback. Everyday is an opportunity to make a little progress toward that thing that you desire and deserve!

    Yes, enough so to completely switch gears. I'm pretty disillusioned with IM but I'll keep doing what I started doing, which is writing. If nothing else it'll be something I can leave behind for my children.

    Awesome video. I realized I am guilty of doing this just yesterday to a really good friend when he told me he really wanted to be a Firefighter now. At first I was being a little discouraging and bringing up the level of competition for those jobs etc.

    This weekend I am going to reach out to inspire as many of my close friends and family that I can to continue fighting for their dreams and not get discouraged.
