I will post my bedtime, my wake up time, my ease of waking up and my energy/clarity level.
Waking up at 7am is a great time because by 2pm it feels the whole day has passed, when I have another 8 hours to go.
Another thing is that some of my family are early risers (around 6-7am early risers), this should motivate me further.
