Make a 100% commitment to any habit or practice that you want to develop. Taking the 99% commitment route is not only less effective, but it is far more difficult.
If you commit 100% to something, it is non-negotiable. Your subconscious mind will meld it as a part of your identity. You become the non-smoker, the non-drinker, etc.
Successful people are defined by their habits and that 100% mentality might put you just ahead of others.
