a trained and nurtured mind is powerful ..and untrained chaotic mind is not..

and we are often at our most productive when we don't have to think about what we are doing .

the mind and the brain are not the same thing though .

and if you listen to the 5 % or 10 percent crap...understand you are using that 90-95% to fool you into thinking you are only using a small bit .

  The mind is a mental construction. It began construction work when it was first introduced to the world through new born senses. The rest of us is history.
  
  However the mind is, at the same time, a powerful thought transceiver. It receives a host of thoughts continuously to which the mind itself responds (transmits). We mostly find ourselves reacting to the thoughts that automatically download into our minds.
  
  These reactions are virtually the stuff of what we make our lives out of. Amazing!

i love any type of quotes that has to do with mental strength. Michael Jordan is excellent example of mental toughness. Other athletes were just as athletic, fast, skilled, and as strong as he was. But none possessed the mental toughness he did. He broke down his opponents mentally. Once he did that, the battle was easily won.

I think that's a philosophy that can be applied to a lot of other goals and tasks in life. Develop a strong mind and there's nothing that you can't do.
