What Time Period of the Day Are You Most Productive?

I find it hard to get motivated during the day, most of my work is done in the evening as I have a poor sleeping pattern anyway. (sleep from aroun 4-6am til 12-2pm most days)

As im getting used to IM, I can do my work any time during the day or night, but with a cup of coffee.

I'd say mid afternoon for myself.

I have lots of energy working in daylights so I start working at 8AM till 5PM. I like to rest at night and get some sleep.

It depends on my sleeping schedule. Currently I am the most productive late night into the early morning (sunrise).

If I'm on the rare schedule where I'm waking up early (think 6,7 or 8am) then I'm most productive in the morning...but that doesn't happen a lot.

The best time for me it's early in the morning, I mean very early, about 04:30 or 05:00 AM. It's a very quiet period, and at this time, I don't know why, I'm totally focused on what I'm doing.

I think that I am most productive in the late morning and early afternoon.

It used to be early in the morning but now i prefer working 7:00 PM - 11 PM

Depends on the work. I have several "golden hours" periods in my day.

First is early AM, say 6 or 7AM, to around 2PM. The earlier I get to work, the more gets done because there are few distractions in those early hours. However, I generally will not try truly creative work at this time, unless it is writing work.

Late afternoon and early evening, I try to do nothing creative at all. It's a good time for coaching, sales calls and maintenance-type work.

After 9PM, I get another burst of energy and can become quite creative. Most of my videos are made between 10PM and 2AM...it flows for me at that time. I can stretch my comfort zone and do things I just don't want to attempt earlier in the day. However, this does mean I am obsessively up at 4AM, getting that final bit of coding to work...and that messes the next morning up.

Since I know when my "golden hours" are, I can manage my projects and activities accordingly. I won't do videos if I have work scheduled in the morning, for instance.

I like alternating... however at night time there are no distractions... it just seems like it's you and the darkness working in partnership while everyone else is in slumber... it just feels more inspiring and powerful. I like the feeling... I would work at night every time if I could, but then I'd miss out on life lol... don't want to do that

I like to get started early in the morning. If I wait until the afternoon/evening to get started I get a lot less done.
