PERSONAL DEVELOPMENT

Hi guys,
I'm pretty new to scene and I worked on lets say PPD / CPA but it didn't go well, I have few problems kinda starter troubles

I start to work, soon I'll get deviated from it , I need to improve my mindset and motivate myself. Can you suggest me any good videos ? any help would be pretty much appreciated.

Try this - think of what you are worth per hour, or what you want to make per hour to be successful.

$30 per hour? $100 per hour? $1000 per hour?

Now every hour that goes by that you haven't been productive, that is the amount of money you are potentially sacrificing by not being motivated to achieve your goals.

Ultimately, do you want to make your hourly rate or not?

This is not a new strategy, but one that works.

Also, Google the "Pomodoro Technique." This is a strategy to get projects done that you would otherwise procrastinate on.

Videos and mindset books are nice- but just realize that they can only carry you so far.

Tony Robbins is the man, there's also a couple of really good Arnold Schwarzenegger motivational videos kicking about that I've watched recently.

I like videos from Tony robbins.. Highly recommend you get one of his programs.. Just follow it daily and you WILL be motivated.
