Which computer chair can you recommend?

Hi Warriors,

I work quiet a bit in the front of my computer and I started to notice that some muscles on my back start feeling funny.

I am not satisfied with the comfort of my chair.

But I can't seem to find a chair that I like. I try one at the store, it is great when you sit there for 5 minutes but becomes a completely different story when you actually use it for daily work.

Any recommendations from your experience?

Also, wondering if anyone has Ikea Markus chair and what can you say about it. This is the chair I am thinking to get.

I don't know what sort you have there but you need one that you can alter it up and down and that you can lean back so your shoulders rest on the back of the chair.
My chiropractor recommended an interesting technique that sometimes helps me.
We all tend to slouch. BUT if you get a belt or something similar and tie yourself to the back of your chair (not too tightly of course) it will help to stop you slouching because you'll realise every time you do it.

or you can use pillow behind your back and make it comfortable while you try to find the good one.

    Thanks to both of you!

I think I solved the problem. I got a new chair today and removed the drawer from my desk so I can slide closer. Made a huge difference.

And tilted monitor up to keep the head straight.
