I absolutely love this video. So I thought I would share it with you all. It truely is a wake up call. I have listened/watched this video countless of times. It is great for any aspect of life.

I love using the mp3 verision when I am training to reach my workout goals.

Ha, funny you posted this because just yesterday I was thinking of sharing this here. I first came across it I think four years ago when my buddy in high school showed me and a group of friends. This spread pretty quickly around school.

@Vincent it really is some powerful stuff and I have learned when you share stuff like this with like minded people it increases the value multiple times over.

@feelthetraffic Thanks for the great video. I always enjoy watching these. I believe I have seen that one too but sometimes it can be hard to keep track of them all. You just got remember the ones that hit home with you.
