"3 components of success, but not 1. You are missing something..."

Hello, Warriors. My name is David. For a long time I didn't contribute in discussions, haven't answered any questions but just have read the forum.

So, instead of spamming some threads to gain posts count, I would share my thoughts on what is going on in IM,or in business generally. It is not a masterpiece or expert thoughts, they are just some advices for the biggest percent of people here and everywhere, when it comes to making money. You know what category of people it is.

The biggest part of Warrior Forum is infobusiness, right? We package our thoughts, experience, information, advices, tips in some sort of form and then sell it to our market. Did you notice the main word in previous phrase?

Information.

Ok, so we sell information that got to deliver some results, otherwise this information is useless. Imagine, if everytime, when you've read a book, watched a course, explanation, if everytime you did that - you would achieve 100% of what was guaranteed. And if everyone achieved that. Here, the major word is "everyone".

In reality, does 100% of those who bought a course - achieved results? Maybe some of results, like spending their time in vain and only, because people love to spend their time on everything. The answer is - no.

So, the information - is not the only component of results right? Something is missing. Some people achieve results that was guaranteed and some not. (I don't include crappy wso's here, we talk about really good information).

It's everything about controlling. We can't control something if we can't count it. Can we sell, without knowing sales? Maybe, but not that good. Can we move to big money without a foundation? Maybe, but not that good...

The main components are:

1.Desire.
2.Knowledge.
3.Action.

And if one of them is missing - you can't move forward right. The are 2 components that we are missing, and we want to move fast to our wealth?

If you look at them - you, probably , think - "Desire - I want it for sure so it's not what i want to focus on, Knowledge - I buy a lot of information, here everything is going well, Action - maybe here are some problems, but I do things well in general."

But look closer and find what is your weakness? My weakness - is in action. I'm very lazy. Desire is better, but still there are critical moments, when I want a lot more (quality, not quantity). Knowledge, probably is my best, but what then? Do you know scientists? They are definitely not the richest people.

But here are some interesting specifics - if you fail at one of them, then it's like a chain reaction, other two fail, also. But if you win at one - the others rise up, too. Just think about it.

Today, you frequently can hear a phrase "Take action". It's a good phrase, but it became disgusting like a word "guru". It's a stupid phrase without other components.

Conclusion:

I've got to finish this post with something. Let it be some recommendations.

I think that poorness is an ill. And at the beginning you've got to understand what handled you poor. For everyone who is at the beginning - i recommend to start with mental, time management, habits trainings. Old school works fine. (If you know what I mean). Very powerful - is to visit seminars, or have to mentors - even better. Video courses are not as effective.

More specifically:
1. Desire - chose right environment. Strive to be with people who are richer than you, go over to richer city. Critical situations work well, too Like no money at all, debts, or even something more scary. But you can give up quickly. If you have money - invest them. When you are without them - you have more productivity and desire.

2. Knowledge - first of all. Don't think that you know everything. Sometimes you need to be honest with yourself to become better. Set priorities in what you need to learn. If your goal is to start your business, but you also want to learn excel or photoshop effects - what priorities will be? (Only if your business and photoshop are not the same

3. Life is a marathon, not a sprint. Small steps beat big jerks. Start small, consistently. Small steps make a "compoundness" phenomenon, that makes wonders. Set priorities.

That's it, guys. My goal was to bring you an interesting and useful read, but not to show my expertness. It wasn't copied and I personally came to this thoughts. Maybe you have heard of something like that ? Great, you just heard that from different angle, it can be more effective.

Imagine if you would know something that can help a lot of people very well, and you just need to spend 15 minutes on it - would you do that?

Don't think that you know everything. Sometimes you need to be honest with yourself to become better.
Agree on this, sometimes people do think and feel proud that they know enough but it's never enough. There are always room to learn more and more.

Thanks for sharing your thoughts David. Couldn't agree more... daily action and consistent steps will finish the marathon. But you need the drive behind taking action every single day... why do some people show up every day and others don't? Your thoughts become actions... People with poor thoughts will not take the action required.

I couldn't agree more on the point that we don't know everything. We never will. Everyday is a new experience and learning curve for us. Great post, man. Thanks!
