Yes! Relax as much as possible. Relax completely if possible! Take a deep breath into your belly, too!

In life we come across innumerable events around. So if we start taking each one of them too seriously life will simply stop. Yes it is true. If you become too much conscious about the drop of hat in every case, you cannot enjoy life. Life is one and enjoy it fully. Things will keep coming and going. So don’t take all of them too seriously, rather ignore them considering that it is a part of life. But of course seriousness should be there as per the weight of the event. But the you are the best judge to decide the weight

It's indeed healthy to relax from time to time. If you pressure yourself too much, you can't think straight.

That is a great message and post!

I wonder what it is in humans that creates this panic and stressful life when in reality getting the essentials to live are easy. I don't know whether it is culture and society beliefs or religious beliefs that make people stress out and feel that they always have to be achieving new heights to feel alive or successful.

I even struggle with this issue but when I stop and think about all the positive and great things that are a part of life and the fact that my personal life has been great, I shouldn't complain or worry. Once I realized this all I want to do is help others feel better about themselves and help out.

And that builds real meaningful relationships which I think is what life is meant to be.

      Totally agree with you, mate!
There are sooo many things to be happy, excited, grateful and appreciative about that when we stop and look at our life we can only be happy!!
Every morning I answer these questions before I even get out of bed:
      1. What am I happy about right now?
      2. What I am excited about right now?
      3. What am I grateful for right now?
      4. Who loves me? Who do I love?
      5. What am I committed to right now?

It's just impossible to get up on the wrong foot when your first thoughts are THAT positive!
