I stumbled onto this video on YT today. And it kind of hit me on the head, with a problem I was having myself earlier this year. Having 2 new additions to my family (kids) over the last couple of years. Had really cut into my productivity and time management with business.

My 12 hours a day of work where being interrupted every 20 minutes with all sorts (Diaper changes mostly). And I was finding it hard to maintain a lot of my business relationships, let alone expand on them. I found the answers to this problem within my own mind eventually. But it was a bit stressful when I was stuck wondering after a 84 hour working week, why I had little to nothing done.

I hope this video I found might help any others who find themselves in a similar situation. Or just need a good train of thought to stay on track and always moving forward in business and life.

  Yeah, I found his name. Brian Tracy.
  
  He really hits the nail on the head for most marketers. Who sit in dark rooms online each day, and wonder why they are not making more or any money.
  
  My own personal solution was to wake up a few hours before my kids, Instead of with them. Then just take a nap each day when they do, to grab the sleep time back.

Brian Tracy is a legend.

I do the same thing - wake up early to get stuff done. I'm so much more effective first thing in the morning instead of the end of the day.

Hard work is always there but the real secret is to simplify things. Making things more complicated than they should be is a common trait many of us share. We over think things and we worry too much that is why we don't have clear objectives for the day. We need to organize. This is easier said than done but it's not impossible.

I really liked the message of the 1000 percent formula.

I am familiar with the Japanese way of slow, methodical, incremental changes for the betterment of the project or person's success.
