Choosing happiness!

Is it so simple?

Does doing things that make you happy and eliminating things that do not create a happy life?

    Good morning. It is very true that we become what we think about and take action upon.
    I believe that we become better by focusing on the things that are positive and uplifting rather than the negative. Any body can complain when things are not perfect but it takes a special person to see the good and be positive when life is not at it's best. Thanks for the video.

      Agreed life is too short to dwell on the negative. My sister works in the care industry and with older people. They never say "I wish I had worked more" they most often say "do it now while you have your health". Many lived their lives doing what they believed others wanted them to do.

      Do what makes you happy and do it now.

      Absolute truth. I remember reading a similar article and the one of the top regrets of the dying was working too hard as well. We have to enjoy the moment.

      If sex is one of the things that make you happy then should be part of your awesome happy life.

    I'm not happy all the time and I also think that's normal. Changing your thinking could change your perspective temporarily, but ultimately we'll always have things in life we don't like and we have no choice about it.
