New Memories/Life story

I've written a new life story completely ideal for me. How can I make it so in my mind this new story is fully unconsciously assimilated so that it is automatic & real to me, and my old life story no longer comes up or is even present at all? I'm thinking changing the submodalities in my new memories/story to be like how I represent 'real' ones, immersion, something else?

Thanks

Am I understanding correctly that you want to replace your memories with invented ones?

It'd be better to write out your future, and then make it happen.

Well I wrote out my past like I've already accomplished and am the person/things I am/want to be so I am aligned with that life/person. I want it to be more real in my mind.

    Interesting concept.

Not sure how well this level of "self-deception" will play out, but I have no experience in this. The way I've worked with this similar issue is by rethinking the meaning of my past. Taking all my experiences and visualizing how they happened exactly for the purpose of me realizing my ultimate goals. Then I know exactly where I'm coming from and exactly why this will help me achieve my purpose.

It's basically embedding your history into a new theme. The new theme being your ultimate goal and purpose in life.

my past is pretty hopelessly messed up ..non of the extreme traumas or bad things..but a huge number of abuse and victimization patterns lots of repeating piles of crap ..

the past i have does not bode well for a future of success if the patterns stayed .

i have identified and changed many of those parrten and have warning sign i can see when the pattern start ..so i can react differently .

I am not a product of what happened to me .. i am a product of the responses i had to what happened around me .

now i can get into real extreme concepts of looking into other dimensions and observing the lives of versions of you who did not have certain things happen.. but they to would have had their list of problems ..or you can observe other versions of you who responded differently to the same things that happened .

take responsibility.. forget building new habitual reactions good or bad learn to chose the proper response to what is going on now

Oh, that's easy. Keep saying the new story as if it were the truth over and over. Eventually you'll forget which is made up, and then you'll start believing it.

Also, as a side note, our memories are changed every time we remember something. Every memory you access is altered based on the mood and situation present when you remembered it. This might also prove useful for you.

And lastly, no matter how bad your past is, instead of making up a new one, you should find a way to leverage it. Sometimes the worst events make the greatest motivations/stories, and the fact of the matter is, life is ALWAYS more interesting in the end than anything that we can come up with. ^_~* lol

To become spiritual, the vibration we keep alive is our current reality, moment to moment. Thanks Trixie.
