Next,begin with a positive statement about yourself.
Eliminate the negative thoughts with re associating yourself with the new thought on yourself.
Think about the new you and you will feel much better about yourself.

    Wow!

    I'm just reading a book about this "positive philosophy". In a few words: if you think positive you will atract good things in your life and avoid (uncosciously) people and actions that make you miserable.

    It's weird how once you are aware of something you didn't know before, it always comes your way.
