Oh my goodness "What have I done"

Hello Warriors.

I really hope you will let me know if you agree or disagree with my experiences.

I have been a health care provider for 27 years. I have witnessed many things in my 27 years of practice. I would like to reach out to each of you to maybe get you to think out loud as to where you are heading with your "success".

I teach primarily 5 things to most of my patients.

1)Try to get at least 7-8 hours sleep nightly.

2)Try diligently to get exercise 3-4 days a week for at least 30-45 minutes.( aerobic exercise is more important than other types of exercise if your time is limited.)

3)Be diligent in what you eat. We are all busy, but try to eat as much fresh fruits and vegetables as possible and just be aware of what you eat.

4) When possible keep your spine reduced from "subluxations"(pinched nerves) to allow for better functioning and overall health.

5)I encourage everyone to have "moderation in all things and be well rounded in their life.
I could say more but want to keep this short.

My conclusion is this:

Many people focus on what is important to them(success an goals) to a point that when they actually "succeed" they realize that they are at a place where they do not want to be. Sometimes ,it takes years for that success and when achieved, they realize the price was too great for what they got in return.(poor health, divorce, lost children and loneliness to name just a few)

SO, all I am saying "WARRIORS" take time to evaluate, often, to make sure you are on track with what is important to you along the way,so you do not regret your "SUCCESS" when you get it. If you are really paying attention along the way,"All should be well when you reach your Goal" and happiness as well as fulfillment should be your reward.

I really hope that this makes sense to those who read this article and that just maybe someone will stop and evaluate where they are, and change course a little if necessary,to make sure that they are actually on the "path" that is right for them.

Have a great day.

The Rhodester.

success is not really a goal it is a process .

one day you will die ..will you be so financially successful .. that the only people who care are those waiting for who gets what from your estate

Always good to be reminded of this. My sister works in the care industry too. The older folks never tell her they "wish they had worked more". Many of them wish they had lived their lives doing what they wanted not what they thought others wanted from them.

It is people, experiences and human interaction that makes you rich in life. Not how much you have in your bank account.
