Best life transformation program?

Hey guys,

There seems to be a lot of knowledgeable people on here and hoping someone can assist me.

I want to reinvent my life, change limiting beliefs, expand perceptions, etc. Be more confident, charismatic. But I need routine. Something that I can do day in/day out.

My other goal was to start gaining weight, which I've tried unsuccessfully several times previously. I've found a good trainer who knows what they're doing and am now my highest weight ever so routine is how I get my goals.

Does anyone know of any programs that I can use?

Thanks heaps!

React to everything with a smile!
    Add humor to your nature.
    Don't take everything too seriously.
    Be relaxed and cool.
Don't hurry, move slowly but confidently.
Be very very clear in thinking.
    Keep building and strengthening relationships.

Important: Start exploring what important contribution you could make to the society..
This contribution slowly could become your Business!

Don't work on too many things. Don't crowd the mind with too many thoughts and emotions.
Daily work on the most important things only!
Take all efforts to improve your common sense and negotiation skills.
Be calm, smooth, focused and balanced.
Everything is in the mind, so clean it off all the rubbish like negative thoughts, past emotional issues, failures, fixed ideas, fears and phobias.
Appear genuine to the masses, not like a guy with some tricks up the sleeve.
Look at everything positively and confidently.
Find your strengths and passion and align your goals towards that..
And hey, after all this, don't forget the smile, it should come from the inside !
    Smile of a winner.

There are lots of great tips like the ones mentioned here, but life transformation deserves more than quick tips. There's also a lot of self-help books you can purchase, but I really suggest working with a life coach. Every life coach will offer you a complimentary consultation to see if that coach is a good fit, so you can interview multiple and decide if it is an investment you want to make without paying a dime. And almost all coaches work by phone/skype. The most reputable source of coaches is the International Coach Federation. They have an online coach search tool.

Change is hard. I'm a psychologist and a coach and I spend a few hundred dollars on a coach every month. Best money I spend.

Good luck...and good on you for stepping up to change your life!

I honestly think you are your own best coach when it comes to what works best for motivation. Go deep into meditation and ask for Higher Consciousness and beings of light and postive energy like Spirtual Guides to help you with guidance and answers.
