    It is easy to become negative, as you say. Daily and sometimes multiple daily affirmations can help each of us stay on the positive side of our emotions. We must never forget that we are capable of accomplishing "great things" if we do not give up the "cause". Don't let life and our circumstances get you "down". Keep up the effort until you succeed(you know you can do it)
