Where do you invest AFTER you've made your money??

Really interested in hearing peoples views on this, and maybe expanding my list of reliable, high-return investments. I make my money through a regular bricks and mortar business, but I like to stay in tune with internet opportunities, as there really are great ways to make money out there, even if we don't have the skills or time to start from scratch.

With that in mind, I have tried to keep my eyes open for investments that give a better return than the banks (about 2%)

Here are 2 of my current investment avenues. Would love to hear yours!

1. Buying Established Earning Sites. I have been doing this for about a year or two, tentatively at first, with mixed results, but have now become better at recognising the stronger steady sites. While you always have an element of risk with this, I have been earning about 40-50% per annum on adsense sites I have purchased, currently making about $1300 USD per month.

2. Crowd-Funding Investments: Another investment strategy I use is to lend to local businesses through crowd-funding websites. The returns on this are much better than banks, and very safe. You can probably find a reputable company in your area, FundingCircle in the UK and LinkedFinance in Ireland are excellent. Currently earning about 12% a year on such investments.

I would love to hear of how you guys re-invest your earnings. Hands-off residual income is a beautiful thing, and I would love to gain some knowledge from you guys!

I invest the money right back into my business.

What kind of business do you have?

Great, do you do so with an eye at scaling up?

My business is in the entertainment industry, running nightclubs and concert events. For us, re-investment is also a big part, for example when bigger acts need to be booked. However I like to put aside quite a bit, just to diversify and not have all eggs in the one basket

Yes, I do spend a lot of time split testing campaigns to get maximum results.

My partner and I just invested a couple thousand dollars in the stocks. What do you'll think about the stock market?

  • I have never heard of crowd funding before, I have to check that out.

Buying established websites can be profitable, but you have to pick the right sites.

I put my $$ into a solo 401K that I invest in the stock market; after that I'm planning to do an SDIRA and buy real estate in my retirement account.

I prefer to re-invest in education first, the next level. The education must cover your destination.. Let's say you just made your first $10k online, your next target should be at least $100k, I prefer to invest a pack of education to get me there.

You could always just buy some real-estate and sit back and collect the rent... A nice office or medical building would be sweet
