1)Reducing distractions. In my life I have one distraction after another. I find that if I can control the distractions I get so much more accomplished( one way that I control distractions is not to reply to texts and e-mails until after I do my critical work and planning in the morning)
2) Use one hour per day in the morning,if possible,planning and deciding what I need to accomplish on that day, before I get bombarded with distractions and other things that I need to do.
3)Spend one hour per day studying and reading about success and what makes others happy so that I have specific ideas to work on.
4) Spend one hour per day implementing what I have learned about success and happiness and how I can "get it".
5)Spend one hour per day evaluating how I did on that day realizing my aspirations and goals and where can I improve.
Now I realize not everyone has that much time to give to your "success and happiness" each day, but give what time you have each day to these principles and you will be that much closer to your success and happiness than you were the day before.
Very simple concept but hard to implement on a consistent basis.
