Any good email coaching or books?

Hi all,

I'm looking to work on my beliefs and inner environment. My goals are to get some team leader experience at work, get a girlfriend, earn more money, and save more money.

I'm looking for some kind of workbook preferably that is a step-by-step system. Maybe with some small challenges to push me out of my comfort zone. Ebook from amazon is best

Or email coaching would be my second option. Does anyone know of any they would recommend?

Thanks!

Sorry I meant email coaching as in being coached via email.

So I want to remove the blocks ie. the beliefs, habits, mindsets that hold me back. And to instill a more positive mindset.

Ultimately my goal is to challenge myself. I've gained about 15 hours per week overtime for a potential period of around 4-6 months, had that conversation with my manager about getting some team leader experience which he was very interested in doing should an opportunity arise.

So the ultimate goal that I'm really struggling with is getting a girlfriend.

      Thanks!

Did you read How to Simplify Your Life yet?It isn't a step-by-step book but it is worth a try.Somewhat conceptual but it is action oriented.

You can have be and do anything that you wish if you just put your mind to it.

Your mind is like fertile soil, what ever you plant in it, and nurture will grow.

Bob Proctor and his coaching programs are second to none in teaching you to be, do and have anything you want.

I know of and have used several of his programs.

If you would like some specifics then let me know.

I suggest one step at a time. First you want to have a team leader experience. Question - are you now a leader? No book can make you a leader. It can give you tips on getting leadership skills. But to be one is something you can never find anywhere but deep within you.

Nothing beats the completeness of The Success Principles from Jack Canfield. Book is cheapest. Online coaching system (workbook style) is next (around $120 or so). Signing up for live coaching is the ultimate and most expensive step. My book is dog eared and highlighted everywhere. I've done the live coaching program as well.

I don't get kick backs from them or anything...I have just seen huge benefits and it keeps me motivated. I asked my wife for the online course for Xmas. :-)

If you are looking for coaching may I make a few suggestions?
Research the courses you are looking at doing.
Go with one that you feel comfortable and happy with.
No matter what you do make sure you have a great money mindset, sit down and write out your beliefs about money to find out where your really at.

No need to go searching for all the nonsense "self help" drivel out there. They all say the same thing and they're mostly all pretty damn useless. Hence the reason people keep reading the books and rarely make the necessary changes in their lives.

You want to read a 38 page book that gets straight to the point and shows you exactly what you should be doing? Read this...
    The Flinch

It's free. It's not mine. I have no affiliation with it. It's gold.

Read the book every day for 30 days and you'll be unstoppable. You must take action with it though. Anything else is just chewing gum for the mind.

    You are working on:

work on my beliefs and inner environment

Beginning leadership, girlfriend, earn and save more money
workbook preferably that is a step-by-step system
    start small
    Email coaching - second option

Being coached by email is going to the longest route to go. A workbook is also quite lengthy as well but you mentioned starting small (which is a good idea until you know what's what). It is easy to get lost with in a book or workbook but you wanted to start small so that is the way to go.
    1) Start with google searches - free
    2) Check books at your library for free (best sellers are always there)
    3) Move to audio, video to get a deeper feel for your inner work
    4) Move to workbooks (practice, practice, p
    5) Go to actual group workshops
    6) Last is private coaching - this is high end and usually highly tailored to you

You definitely nailed it with working on your beliefs. There is only one thing standing in the way between you and what you want - false beliefs. Lack of skill is not a block it is a gap - which is handled differently from changing your core beliefs. The only problem is that nobody on the planet is willing to stand up with a sure fire system to healing false beliefs that goes all the way to the core. Nobody can explain it, nobody can detail it, and nobody will teach it. Although there certainly is no shortage of people making this claim. It is one of the reasons why psychology is considered a pseudo-science. You may find my sight interesting on this. Just google me if it's not listed in my profile here. I figured it out after twenty-five years of research and development.

Once your beliefs are dealt with then you can begin learning skills well. You mentioned leadership, relationship, and money. These are typically not going to be delivered by one source.

Leadership: find out who you are first. Take some personality and job interest tests. Then - what kind of leader do you want to be?

Get a girlfriend: get a dating coach. Be very leery of pick up artists. It's not that a pick up artist can't teach you how to get chicks it's the attitude that is prevalent in that community about seeing women as objects instead of partners.

Also be smart on the dating scene as well. Stay one step ahead by being aware of relationship skills while you are mastering the dating skill set.

Money - The thing everyone is after and few obtain. It is good that you put this after love. That will help a lot in keeping this pursuit in perspective.

Again the big problem in the personal development arena and in psychology is that it is so easy to waste your life away without getting what you want. Most people don't want to work (since there is no cure for anything anyway, why work?) and the self-help field has turned into "entertain me into success". I am not saying it is bad to enjoy the process (including your coach) but the vast majority of coaches earned their skill set in entertaining instead of achieving results. The vast majority of people don't even know how to vet a possible coach. It can be quite intimidating and a very manipulative process to go through if you don't know how it works. I believe there is an article on my site about this also.

My first bit of advice? (To go with starting small) is plan on learning to enjoy work. If you can't work hard and enjoy it you will be pounding your head against a brick wall for years to come.

If you just want to dabble then there are plenty of entertaining people around. But just to defend this a little bit - even after all I've learned I still like to see what is going in the field. I like to read different things. And I like to enjoy my progress and so should you.
