2013: How did you improve yourself?

I got more clients, marketed more consistently, and acted on plans for publishing so many of the titles sitting in my files published on Amazon. I re-released some older titles that needed updated. I also got to procrastinating less/on fewer occasions.

Yet, there's always plenty of room to improve in these areas. Looking forward to 2014.

A great way for self improvement I've found is to listen to audiobooks when your driving. That way, you use your time for a benefit rather than having it put to waste!

Definitely took a lot more actions this year, may of them paid off, some did not. The ones that succeeded I repeated again. Overall, much more motivated, determined and focusing on productive tasks. This has been a good year, I am looking forward to the next.

2013 is the year I realized that I didn't want to work until retirement.

I read Rich Dad Poor Dad by Robert Kiyosaki, it's what made me decide to increase my financial literacy and pursue financial freedom. I'm loving this new goal. Not mention I've also started living a much healthier and active lifestyle. These goals are turning out to be very rewarding for me.

I improved my diet, incorporating a lot more fresh, raw ingredients. I also took more action even if it meant literally only ten minutes a day towards my goals. I noticed that each small step I took led me closer to creating what I wanted and that is an empowering feeling.

  I got a lot more understanding about my place in the Universe, in Life. I got more organically active with my life and the diet I and my family consume. I got far more productive on the Web. And, I have a strong new personally rewarding business "goal" for 2014.

The best book on the quadrants by Kiyosaki is The Business of The 21st Century, in it he explains directly how to apply the quadrants to business.

I used to keep a list of "how to get rich" ideas. I'd file them away in my google drive and forget about them.

This year I've decided to stop fearing failure and to do something about every idea I come up with. Sometimes I still have to make a list of the ideas so I can dedicate proper time and energy to each one, but I go back and get to them.

I've found that I have fewer regrets, even though not everything is a complete success. At least I know that I tried.

I developed a lot of self-discipline that I was lacking when I just began i.m.

I used to think that I needed to be motivated at all times but I now know that self-discipline is what I need in order to focus and reach my goals. Since becoming more disciplined, I got rid of my habit of buying things that would help me shortcut my way to success, and instead I spend more time on taking action and doing the tasks that will help me progress through and reach my goals.

This year was a weird one... From letting go of old limiting beliefs to taking the wrong path, I learned and let go of a lot of things I'd always wanted to experience.

I finally got my business on track
I experimented on a new path that I always wanted to try but it wasn't for me... It helped me make peace with my beliefs and purpose in life..
I finally mastered self-discipline and confidence.

I've been getting better at doing business, and got a good fighting spirit towards the end of the year. Been listening to audiobooks, but should read way more. I even got to the gym which has been on my todo list for ages.

I use the technique recommended by Jack Dorsey during 2013 Startup School. Get an iPhone, notebook, or something you look at a lot every day. Make two lists; label one "do" and the other "don't." These are your daily to-do and don't-do lists. Read them when you wake up, several times throughout the day, and before you sleep.

Here are mine. Do: take a cold shower; meditate; throw yourself in; work on hard problems; remember that you'll die someday. Don't: get annoyed or upset; argue with others' voices in your head; lie down except to rest without computer.

For me the list's main value seems to be in those small, split-second decisions: if I'm choosing between two things to work on, my mind will suddenly remember "work on hard problems," and I'll choose the harder one.

I've learned to not let a day pass without doing something that moves me along the path to one of my goals, but the idea of compiling do's and don'ts lists is great.
I usually have a "Do" list but the "Don't" list is an eye opener for me.

Wondy's lists reminded me that I'm quite consistently using GTD-style collecting of all the tasks I need to do. This is something I tried to learn in 2012, but now it's automatic for me.

Inbox handling still needs to be much better, and I should really start every day by planning it.

I pulled my business away from the SEO world and opened myself up to new possibilities. Sounds simple but when you have tunnel vision like i sometimes have, it can feel next to impossible to change, especially when it's my life blood - my business - we're talking about.

To reach my income goals I am now diversifying in ways i never dreamed of previously. I took some crazy risks, learned from them all and a few paid off extremely well.

In essence my ability to handle changes within the range of a 5 figure monthly income improved vastly. Previously I was defensive and skittish about change. Now i welcome it

That question is a real poser. Improvement is kind of difficult to pin a tag on. I would say, that I get subscribers into my blog each day is an improvement I guess. What I would say a real great improvement is to find a writing contract that will take care of my needs.

I think improvement definately begins with having the right mindset. and in order to have the right mindset the brain needs to be fed with positive content, be that from a great self help book or audio.

I have seen the greatest changes in my life since i first read The Secret, believing really is achieving.
I listen to a lot of inner circle audios also and honestly they are amazing, i have never been this positive in my life before. and it feels great.
I will be writing a blog post soon about my journey and all the things that have helped me along the way, so keep an eye out.

Hi I have also watched the movie "The Secret" it is really amazing. It has helped me to look at life in a positive way. Since watching I have made a lots of changes to my life.
My health as improve as well. I have never been a negative person but sometimes did have problem with making decisions but now I am not afraid to take risk.
