Happy monday! Well this past week i decided to try the onnit line of supplements, AlphaBrain and ShroomTech Sport, looking for a different approach to improving my training routine and trying to overcome the mental fog I have been dealing with. If you've never heard of onnit they create products to optimize the human body mentally and physically, sort like limitless, but not as crazy. Anyways, I found it was alot better than taking traditional pre-workouts and also helped with reducing mental fog and fatigue. (I fasted before weight training took Shroomtech about 20 mins prior to my session.) check out my review here:

Do you guys take supplements (nootropics, vitamins, etcs.) or have any other rituals per say that you do to get the day going?

    There is a lot of conflicting info.on whether supplements actually help people who take them. I will not tell you that I am an expert on the subject but have studied the subject and have been a health care provider for 28 years and I believe that supplements are a good practice for most of us to take as long as they are taken with common sense and only after doing due diligence on what and how much you should take daily.
    I can tell you that supplements have helped me have better health and I have taken supplements for many years. Have a great day.
