Among the many many methods I have worked with within the rules of The Law Of Attraction there was one that served me best.

The practice I began to use that worked well is still being used today without question. It's as though a "graduation" occurred. It is the practice of simply noticing what I am thinking and doing at any given moment so my physical decisions reflect some semblance of reality instead of Fog. Sounds simple.

I actively give attention to my behavior. When I, did it was amazing and transformative. I work to first be aware then let everything else fall into place as it could without my unconscious misguided behavior getting in the way.

What then is this stupefying Fog? Turns out I was the "muddle", . . . and at times still am. In other words the automatic-driven, emotionally unaware person who doesn't have his mind where his body is: is a barely aware person. Then this practice arrived. As the practice progressed the Fog gradually lifted. So this was my way out of the Fog. Nothing dramatic, just incrementally better, and over time a lot better.
