    For me it's 'communication'. The ability to express yourself via spoken word, written word, face to face. Even in the IM space success always comes down to your ability to communicate clearly and in a way that elicits a positive response.

      One of the best business skills falls under communication - specifically networking. Meeting the right people opens up so many doors to new connections and joint ventures. Being able to manage those connections is another important one.
