What Is the Biggest Challenge in Your Life Now?

What is it?

Are you focusing more on the challenge than the solution?

We face challenges. All of us.

Seize the secret; the moment you see a challenging situation instantly begin thinking of solutions.

Now my biggest challenge is overcoming jet lag.

Instead of complaining I build my work and travel schedule around the situation.

I thought, instead of complaining....planned, instead of whining

So here I am typing away at 1 AM Sunday until my body finds its rhythm.

What are you being challenged with now?

How are you solving the challenge?

      How to overcome challenges:

      * Releasing assumptions, prejudices & inner maps: kind of making sure
not losing the travel pleasures because the street guide seems to be outdated

      * Remembering it is not the first challenge I overcome...

      * Taking a deep breath when it feels overwhelming,
make space and releaseee when exhalating!

      * Attention to the present moment and opportunities

      * Top insight to overcome any challenge:
when you realize it was only in your head, the challenge v.a.n.i. s.h.e.s.

Not biggest challenge, just one of the principal:
evolving from Very-Promising-Results Warrior to Serious-Results one...

My biggest challenge on the internet is CONCENTRATION. I set up a list of things to do. But the moment I set off and hit a seeming brickwall, my mind gets diverted. At the end of the day, that problem never gets attended to neither do i get to accomplish the other tasks I had set out to do. Tough being on the internet.

...On second thought... I think I've just been trying to do everything my way. Not wanting to ask questions, trying to figure things out myself.

My challenge now is to open up more, release more, let go more, relax more.

Just to ease my way mentally into the good feelings I realize now can only come from truly accepting and embracing reality.

My biggest challenge is being mentally disciplined day-in and day-out. This is a daily battle that never seems to end especially when you're an entrepreneur but it is a challenge that I accept.

Mine has to do with my stubborness. Knowing that I need to outsource some things even though I can do it myself, but I spend too much time being that one man army.

It's part of my goal this year, to get hired help and not get burned out from doing it all alone.
