3 Books To Improve "You"

Knowledge is one of those things that can improve your living experiences. We are lucky to be blessed with this fundamental aspects of life that we have control of. This can be done through so many ways but one popular means of gaining knowledge is through reading. Here we have a list of three books to improve your life and experiences.

1. How To Win Friends & Influence People by Dale Carnegie

There's no arguing about this. This book focuses on both the small things and also the big things. As you read you will notice you know most the things and tips, but there's just so much in it that you are bound to pick something up. Even the small things count. There is already a book review on this here, so there's no need to go into too much detail. If you have not given this a read yet, I suggest you do so.

2. The Power Of Habit by Charles Duhigg

This book sheds a lot of light on habits, whilst a fairly long read you will gain some valuable insights on how you can manipulate habits and how to work them in your favour. Build healthy habits that can assist in giving you better living experiences. It shows the patterns in your brain and the parts of your brain that are used for habits. Not only can you learn to create healthy, good habits but also you can learn to avoid unhealthy and bad habits.

3. Outliers: The Story Of Success by Malcolm Gladwell

This book details the journey of many successful people that are famous for the work, for example - Bill Gates. Gladwell describes the stories of success in such an intricate manner, detailing the things successful people do differently. You won't necessarily learn how to become a successful person through reading this book but you will understand what it takes to be successful. Use the reading experience however you like, but if there's one thing you will gain, that is insight.

If you are to read 3 books this year, make it these three.

For anyone working on issues relating to making money, I would 'highly' reccomend (2) books by Joe Vitale:

    1- Zero Limits

    2- The 'Key'

Many people struggle because they just aren't clear.

Being clear doesn't mean just knowing what you want in life. That is only half of being clear.

The other half is clearing up all the negative beliefs regarding being deserving and money. It doesn't matter who you are, if you walked one day in a body on this planet, then there are negative programs holding you back if you aren't getting the results that you want.

Good list. I have to admit "How To Win Friends & Influence People" by Dale Carnegie helped me more in my sales career than any other book. It is interesting how many of the old classics have withstood the test of time.

Just like Think and Grow Rich by Napoleon Hill

Close, it was written in 1937, the same year my dad was born, and John McCain was first elected senator in Arizona. Just kidding on the John McCain part.

Wouldn't it be nice if some of these old farts in politics would go home and give somebody else a chance to run up $17 Trillion Dollars in debt? But I digress, Think And Grow Rich is a great book as well.

I have read number 1. How To Win Friends & Influence People by Dale Carnegie, a great book. I will checkout the other two as I love reading, we can learn so much, especially if we re-read a book several times, it is surprising how much more you get out of a book when you read it more than once.

            I also like:

The Science of Mind, Ernest S Holmes

            The Strangest Secret, Earl Nightingale

Think & Grow Rich, Napoleon Hill

Who Moved My Cheese written by Dr. Spencer Johnson

Who Moved My Cheese? is an amusing and enlightening story of four characters who live in a maze and look for cheese to nourish them and make them happy. Cheese is a metaphor for what you want to have in life.

Whether it is a good job, a loving relationship, money or a possession, health or spirital peace of mind. And the maze is where you look for what you want the organization you work in, or the family or community you live in.

It's probably the best motivational book ever.

      Enjoy The Book

I can't disagree with this. Think and Grow Rich is an incredible book and has taught me and opened my eyes.

I often find self-help books give insight of things you would think are rather obvious but it's those simple, little things that you aren't always minful of that count usually
