Are Fate And Luck One And The Same?

This is probably an age old question. I haven't checked to see if it is, it just feels like that.

So what is your take on the subject? Do you feel it is by chance (luck) that our lives become what they are, or changed and formed due to supernatural influences (fate)?

I welcome your commentary since this a subject I am forever looking into and I welcome your opinion.

    No.

    Life is liquid.

You can be homeless or a billionaire.

No such thing as predetermined events.

    You ALWAYS have a choice.

If everything was pre-determined, God would get a bit bored.

What's the point of having a billion dollars in a bank if you do
not choose to spend it on anything?

This means: If God could create anything he/she/it wanted
then why would it choose to not do so?

    Of course he/it/she would.

If you do not believe in God or a God - that's just more proof that everything is random and liquid and NOT pre-determined.

    Logic over-rules.

So is fate or luck one in the same?

No, luck is preparation meeting opportunity.

Fate is a result that you get based upon what decisions you made.

    Hi,

Life is a choice. From moment to moment. No matter what happens you have the power to choose thoughts which lessen negative situations and expand positive situations in your life.

Some dead broke folks become millionaires, or even billionaires. I remember reading about a billionaire who developed a monstrous business related to gas service pumps who remembered being down to 5 cents in his pocket.

Some dead broke folks stay dead broke because they choose to think poor thoughts, again and again, blaming things outside of themselves for their situation, instead of owning it, and moving forward.

No matter what you do in life, or what happens, you can choose your thoughts to control your destiny. The journey might wind but the end point is yours to choose.
