Favourite self improvement moment from Sochi 2014?

Sport always gives great self improvement lessons, I've been writing about them for years, and any Olympics brings it into focus with such a concentration of different sports.

What's your best self improvement moment from the Sochi 2014 Winter Olympics?

The greatest lesson that I learned from the Olympics is that you can make a big comeback and still win after you lose over and over again.

You can be down but not out if you just keep pushing and fighting.

There is a great lesson to be learned from the Canadian Women hockey team who won Gold. They were down 2-0 and with less then 4 minutes, they scored 2 goals. Then they scored an overtime goal which got them the Gold.

The whole game, I thought that there is no way they will win but because they fought hard and never gave up, they WON.

Yep, that's a good one, and getting the men's women's double in both hockey and curling was a good one for you lot!
I play curling at England's only curling rink, so was disappointed rather, but both Canadian teams were the best there!
