I dont know how to start

I had the same problem and still consider myself new to all this. I've joined Ebay Partner Network and made over $170, on Clickbank I made $99 so far and Shareasale I made about $28. The best recommendation that was given to me was to build a mailing list, get people interested and trusting in You and then send offers to them. A blog is a good start.

First of all do you have to decide what you really want and what drives you. Do you wanna hop from one product to another or do you wanna built a business to live from?
If I had to start again I would start with a blog right away. This is the first step to brand yourself and to start a real business. The next thing would be to start building a list. The reason why you heard this so many times already is because a list is the main part of an online business and it should be one of your business as well.
Try a few different traffic sources like SEO, Video Marketing and Forum Marketing and see which fits you the best and brings the most traffic.

Stay consistent and bust your ass day in day out. It don’t has to be too complicated just stick with it.

Something what’s working for me this to do a few important steps every day:

1. Writing one blog post
2. Recording one video
3. Write a mail to my list

Honestly no one can teach you until and unless you decide what you want to achieve,
its no just i want to $xxxx but how you want that $xxx
their are lot of method people are using to earn money, you have to decide what method you like
what you like to do,
then ask / search to the point question
how to get more traffic to my sales page
how to convert that traffic
etc...
make a list what you love to do , and what Drives you .
then search for Top marketer on that nice ,make contact, follow them, make relational with them you will learn lot and earn lot if you take action.

Thanks for all your replys! I think i need to say that im not a real newbie. I worked 6 months on a german online marketing company. But that is nothing which makes me happy for a long time. Its nohting for me do work hard for others and earn about 10% of what you did. I feel like i want to create my own business, earn all of the success i create and also struggle for myself.

I worked with google adwords. I think creating leads is what fits to me. But if you dont have a high budget to invest its kinda difficult.

If you want to get into affiliate marketing, there are a lot of great mentors out there that can really help you out.

Im thinking about going all in. I maybe will get a 10.000$ credit and invest about 2k on a coaching for about 1 months. And the rest of that 10k amount i will invest in campgains to promote cpa offers.

Well, i think if you want to make big profits very fast, you need to be ready to invest some money in your campgains. Am i wrong?

Having money to make money is a boost, but not necessary for setting things up. Especially if you have a computer and already an internet connection. Time and effort pays off very well with Internet Marketing.

Affiliate programs pay very well, but watch for those with shady practices. Your reputation is most important of all, so hold on to it.

If I started my internet marketing career over, I would start with as many "Listing Building" courses as I could find.

I wouldn't worry about websites, SEO, video marketing, Facebook, or anything else.

List building is the easiest way to get started, it requires less technical knowledge, and you can make lots of money.

You are right, you should go bigger, there are alot of coaching offers in the forum pick the one that catches youre eye best. even if its a bit scary going big, after you think about it a lot it seems less and less something to be afraid
I do it all the time, let a thought sink in my mind

You need to make a decision, make a goal for yourself and write out a plan to reach your goal. For example, if you decide that you want to get into solo ads and list building then you would make a commitment to focusing only on those things until you become an expert on it.

Your goal could be, "Make $100 a day with solo ads and list building in the next 90 days".

Then you would create a plan to get there. If you don't know how to create a plan then you could buy a course that will teach you how to reach your goal or you can invest in a coach who will help you create a plan.

Once you have your plan created, all that is left to do is take massive action. Take action for 90 days and at the end of 90 days you should be on the right path and you will either hit your goal or at least be closer to your goal than you would have been if you did nothing.

What I would is find a niche that I'm interested in, get a website around it and just try and test which marketing ideas work. Not every marketing tactic fits everyone. Some will work, some won't. whatever you find that is comfortable that works, stick to it and try to go from there. You may not like doing youtube videos or solo ads or blogs. Depends on what marketing idea you want to do. However there is one thing that I would like to say and this is a very important piece of advice. Do Not Buy Traffic or Buy E-mail Lists. It's will just rip you off, costing you frustration and a waste of time and money.

Coaching is definitely good, but there are a lot of scamsters all around. Infact i making a living online after getting proper coaching. It is definitely good to have someone to review and guide you when you are new. Infact it accelerated my growth. Let me know if you need help.

Yes --- get a mentor or a coach is the best advice ever, and I wish I had realized this 10 to 15 years ago, as I wouldn't have spent $15,000+ chasing after every Shiny Object that came my way.

I tried course after course, opportunity after opportunity, product after product, and all to no avail.
It was mostly my own fault, as I didn't focus on anything, as something else always seemed to have more appeal.

Finally, earlier this year, it dawned on me that I wasn't going to get anywhere on my own. I found a mentor who is awesome. He will guide me and show me what to do to make money.

Back in the Old Days, before Web 2, coaching or mentoring cost a lot of money --- $5k and up --- but with the advent of Social Media, Webinars, etc, it costs a fraction of what it used to, because coaching or mentoring no longer has to be one-to-one.

I think it was Alex Jeffreys who coined the phrase "one-to-many" and it's very apt.
A mentor or coach can now take on a number of students at a time, each of whom can learn at their own pace.

Start but throw all your expectations of success out of the window.

When you create a product, you'll find that it's hard to sell it. But do it anyway. With it, you'll learn how to create a product that people will want. You'll learn to create headlines that people will respond to. Slowly... but surely...

Don't aim to create something big. Start small. Start with one blogpost or one paragraph. Aim to help and not to make money. Expect that you will not make any money for a few months. That's just how it is. But keep pushing... keep hustling... keep learning... and you'll get there.

There are many ways to make money online. Although it's often a cause of disgust, multi-level marketing is a great way. It requires time and commitment just like anything else. I personally have started my own consulting business. I give education hacks. I started off with a blog and let it evolve.

Now I've got 3 different youtube channels, my website, and a list thats constantly building.

You have to commit yourself to taking action everyday and trust that it will pay off. I like taking as much action as I possibly can because it's fun and I'm trying to eliminate the time in between now and my goal. That's me, though.

Information products are a great way to go just because knowledge is an unlimited resource. Information Products also imply that you are constantly working on yourself as well. There's only so much you can do with information products and marketing is constantly evolving.

Getting a coach is good idea, just make sure you understand the basis of the coaching and what you're getting for your money. There are some people out there that will take your money, teach you some basic stuff, and then run away.

What I recommend you do right now is choose a niche you're interested in and help people solve their problems within that niche. Setup a squeeze page, give away something nice for free, and promote an a product as an affiliate or create your own product.

Find something that drives you. You will do for what you want to do for. That is where you will find your motivation.

Make sure you have all you need and attack with full force and confidence, putting fear in a strait jacket because that is what is holding you back!

If that doesn't help you, go get a coach and get into "buying mode" only to regret later that you didn't start implementing things you already knew.

Just my 2 cents - you won't be able to create something big right off the bat. Most of the time it is an iterative process. You build one thing it fails you learn form it and build something else with the things you have learned. So on and so forth. Then there comes a time where you have mastered most of things to make it big as you said - and then you can create multiple products and make them successful since you already know how to do it systematically through experience.
