I need advice on leadership, relationship/expression/communication

I have this problem.
that what I am on the inside is totally different from what I (can) express on the outside. My inner self is confident, fine and its still growing, I am working on it but I can't express my inner attitude to the outside, I am restricted when It comes to self-expression not only when it comes to speaking, but also my body language, aura, my complete outer self (not talking about looks)

I have the right ideas, attitude, dedication and everything else I need within in me. They are valuable but when I try to express them… I don’t know how to bring them into words.

I have to learn to reach and move people with my words. I need to learn to express confidence on the outside. Develop a more attractive aura and learn how to approach, convince and handle people. Communication, “Relationships”, People... is that whats giving me a hard time.

You can have the right ideas, If you don’t know how to express them, It’ll never work. But do you know these people who can fascinate others over trash? I am not one of them and don't plan to be that way btw.

I think I have the quality to lead but I can only make it work when I overcome this challenge.
I am a singer/songwriter and aspiring producer and when I do sessions, I want to carry the group, fill the room with energy and be able to lead them, and show them how they can do better. I have to learn to put my feelings, ideas and everything that’s inside me into the (right) words, confidently, with the right attitude. If somebody tells the others that I am going to join the group I want people to feel more happy and brighter when they hear it. Not because its cool, because I think that's the feeling a leader is supposed to give. Be somebody who can get people out of their frustration, who has the ability to make things work and bring things into the right order, somebody who brightens ups the room with positive and enormous amount of energy.
Somebody people really appreciate to have in their environment. I think the only way to do that is to make people feel good, I know that leading is less about the leader but more about the people who are evolved.

Anyway I'd really appreciate if somebody could give me advice on this. I really really really want to overcome this challenge.
