A Closer, Riskier But Infinitely More Powerful Motivation

I believe I am getting closer to what I have found to be the very best kind of motivation.
Many of the greats who have made a financial success of their lives usually tell the budding businessman to keep his cards close to the vest and tell no one about his intentions or actions to escape the slings and arrows of nonbelievers; those who would try to tear us down.

For a good long time I have held to that practice, but lately I have discovered that if you allow at least one person who has your best interest at heart and perhaps cares enough about you to confide in, then keeping that person close at hand is the key.

It has an absolutely profound effect on any individual dealing with the multiple phases of IM work. To be able to confide in someone close and explain the daily gains made moving forward on a campaign has a healing and fortifying effect on that worker. And if the connection is truly genuine, the sharing and corresponding encouragement and complements on a day's job well done is like a magic elixir for success.

This is true, I have been working online for quite some time and as most people know it is a pretty hard road to smooth out. I did not have instant success as was promised back then by all those programs.

But I kept going and am still working away to reach my goals. My wife never understood what I was doing and did not realise the work involved and the disappointment from many failed efforts.

Not so long ago I explained to my wife exactly what I was doing and where I wanted to go with my online business. Louise saw the potential and even though she has always supported me, that support seemed to ramp up to another level. I now give her a weekly update of my progress, what is working and what is not, what my next step is and so on..

Like LastingLifeSuccess has said, if you have someone that has your best interests at heart and you confide in them, then you will be amazed at how different it feels going forward.

Totally true - the online world can be lonely and overwhelming at times. Having a trusted ally will help tons - not only for boosting morale and providing encouragement, but perhaps even for ideas and insight.

I've been blessed to have a few such people in my life and value them tremendously.
