Anyone Warrior Who Made $10,000 in 1 Month?

I've set a goal to receive $10,000 every month from internet marketing. I'm looking to learn from someone who already is there and has physical proof in their life.

What is your mindset?
What books do your read that you would recommend?
What steps do you recommend I take?

You can either pm me if you want to remain private or feel free to share with this thread.

I am also available on skype, #starterim

I own a few online businesses but I don't want to talk about that much since I'm leaving my mind open to other possibilities besides my business or I'll apply what you teach me to my business!

Thank you in advance
Chardon

What is the most you have made in a month so far?
If you say $500, then you have a lot of work ahead of you.
If you say $5000, then upscale what you currently do.

I agree. Making $10K is not that hard once you have a system in place for a business model you enjoy. It doesn't matter if it is affiliate marketing, Internet writing, network marketing, email marketing, or whatever you like doing. Scaling becomes the key once you find a way to make money that is working for you.

I've done it. Trust me, it feels even better than you can imagine. The first time I did it, it was over a weekend and it was quite a few times more than 10. Prepare yourself to be totally changed by it. You will instantly revalue yourself, your confidence will be off the charts and you will reset everything you've ever believed about money. Even if you lose/spend/squander it you will never be the same.

I'm excited for you because I know what you're about to feel...it's hard to describe the exact physical feeling but think back to your biggest success so far, add the best sex you've ever had, toss in a sprinkling of that "I-just-won-the-lottery" feeling, add your first crush --> then multiply it by 100.

Trust me, it won't be about the money. It'll be about "why didn't I do this before? Now I'm going to do it again" and I pity the next poor fool who trys to tell you that "you can't make money online" because you will give them a look then a lecture they will probably never forget.

Here's another tip...if you're even thinking about it seriously and wondering what it'll feel like - you're more than most of the way there already. In fact from the conversations I hear going on in here I'd say that most of us are most of the way there. Many just need that final little flick of the switch and money will start pouring in. I've seen it happen too many times to entertain anyone's doubts about it.

And it'll probably happen explosively as well but not until after you lay the foundations...etc - you know the drill. I can't wait to hear what it felt like for you (the reader) come back and tell us.

Don't make money your goal, for many people this is the biggest reason why it fails. They focus only on making the money.

What I want to say is, of course, earning more money can be one of your goals. But don't do it for the money!

Do it, to gain financial freedom.
Do it, so you can fulfill your dreams.
Do it, for whatever is important to you.

What happens if you focus too much on making money?

You start to get frustrated, if it seems to not work in a short period. Finally, you give up. Or you keep switching quickly from one new project to the next new project.

So, start by setting a goal, to create a business around something you like to do, that will gain you money. Point out all the steps in between and proceed from there. The money will come on it's own then.

    I agree.

Freedom creates wealth - not the other way around. Once you're free of financial pressure you can think about ways to increase your wealth for security. I think one of the biggest problems is that too many of us have no idea how much we need to feel free. I came up with a simple formula I use and share...a regular income that is twice my essential expenses is enough for me to feel free enough to enjoy other things (hobbies and passions).

Until you get rid of and are far enough away from those pesky "essential expense" pressures (rent, utilities, payments...etc) life will always have financial stress (at any income level). First, earn more (twice as much) than you currently need. Then (if you make any extra after that) put it in the bank to build financial security. Forget "millionairism" until you have all that squared away.

    That's what I reckon anyway...

this thread is truly inspiring especially for a startup blogger like me. I've been doing this for 2 months and I know I still have a long way to go but I'm really determined to reach that.

Just out of curiosity, how long did it take you guys to earn the kind of money mentioned above and what other tips can you give us newbies?

I know that we all want specific answers but generally speaking you have to find (or happen upon) a way to genuinely help people and either sell it at a high price or to a lot of people. I was fortunate enough to do both.

In my case it was a subscription to a $99 a month service (stock market community/forum) for a very specific service and we had hundreds joining. We also had a yearly option with a cheaper price and sold lots of those as well.

I also sold my own information product (a video course) which I had produced myself (largely using information either learned or sourced from the Warrior Forum by the way) and had printed, wrapped and sent by Kunaki -- CD/DVD manufacturing and publishing service and sent out to people in the mail plus I offered massive full time support. It was an expensive course (the market I was in was lucrative and hungry) and I was almost overwhelmed by it's success. People are hungry to improve their lives. If you can find a way to help them do that they'd gladly spend their money with you.

I'm a huge fan of forums. I think they're the killer app of the internet. If you can find a niche of people with a passionate common goal (e.g. fishing, photography, stock market...anything you know about) they will grow loyal and you'll be able to make more than you ever though possible and I hope you got the message that you may already have the skills, knowledge and ideas to make it happen.

Often all it takes is a spark. I can remember the exact moments in my life recently when I was inspired - listen careful for them and if you really want to you can do anything you like and more. I proved it and I've seen it. Anyone in this forum of this website has the special advantage of being in the right place at the right time with the right skills and the right attitude.

I can remember Frank inspiring me to take certain action, I did the reverse move but it was action and 4 days later I was staring at $67k in my PayPal account. I call it "The Reverse Kerny". Point is I could never have wished for such a result but it happened. So don't limit your hopes by what you currently understand to be true. You may well have to raise what you you believe is "too good" because sometimes nature can be far more powerful then you can imagine - expect it.

Success is imminent. Don't hold on too tightly to what you think you can do - just be prepared for for what's about to come. Sometimes when success knocks on the door people answer the phone - don't be that person. Always be hyper vigilant for opportunities and ideas with a spark. If you think it's a good idea it's worth pursuing until you don't. You may take some false leads every now and then but on the whole you're moving in a forward direction. It'll happen. Keep the faith and banish the nay-sayers from all influence.

      Tally ho, chop chop...etc

Well done cnich23 for setting a definite goal, just stick with it and you will get there. Thank you to Mr Bill for some great advise, I think there are plenty in this forum that are closer than they think to this kind of income, we just have to keep going and never give up.

I have certainly never came close to making $10,000 a month with Internet Marketing. Not close to half that either.
Offline sales I have made more than this in a month. It involved B2B sales for electricity and natural gas contracts.

As said by several here including thejimy. Don't make money your goal.. Making money your goal could create negative feelings if your lacking money. Create goals that will later feed you money..

    A recent Quote I wrote -
    Money is not success itself,
Money is Societies way of paying us for our successful achievements.

I used to make high 5 figures a month (in dollars at least) back when Adsense was as easy as creating a 5 page website packed with unique content (when everyone else was using PLR or copying and pasting). I thought that was it - millionaire in x years, so I spent it all (after taxes) on tripe like expensive training shoes, clothes, cars, occasional drugs, etc.

Then the internet changed and $5figures a month became $0 and I was so partied out that I took my eye off the ball and never bounced back.

What did this teach me? That when you make money, any money from $1 to $1mill you need to be very careful with it - this is known as "financial security".

What I should have done is bought a house with no mortgage - especially as house prices have doubled over the past 10 years, instead I wasted it all with nothing to show for it other than out of date material items and a list of "friends" who disappeared when the money stopped.

The last time I made over 10K net in one month was in 2011. Prior to that during 2007-8, it was almost inconceivable not to make over 10K a month. Both my e-commerce and link selling business did reach over 10K each at one stage. I decided to close my e-commerce business when we started having problems with our staff and the work was so hard. As for the links business, it started going wrong in 2008 when Google started going after link sellers. I was still able to hang on until a huge number of sites with false PR flooded the link market. Finally in December, Google went after my main link broker and destroyed his (and mine) inventory.

While my links business was going downhill, I started to concentrate on affiliate marketing last year. The best month was just over 5K. Then suddenly, my main merchant cut the payout by one quarter. At the same time the conversion rate went down by half. The only explanation I could think of was that the tracking code got interfered. As I used PPC, this was very bad for me.

Now my business is in a lot of trouble and I am not when and if it can recover. I am trying to be a newbie again so as to learn and approach things with an open mind. Fortunately, I have saved up quite a lot of my earnings but still it is quite unpleasant for me right now.

Before reading: I have had $25,000+ months and average between $6,000 - $12,000 months over the last 3 years. My suggestions are solely from experience of building mutliple different companies. Note that advice on this forum could definitely be misleading however there are some extremely successful people here at the same time. Just make sure whatever you do that you do research before immediately jumping on the bandwagon with an idea. If it seems like common sense then it probably is.

    I'm glad your signature doesn't say, "I made $4,200 in 5 minutes!".

It all really depends on what you have achieved, what you believe you can achieve, how much money you have made and where your dedication is.

    What is your mindset?
My mindset is not to necessarily make money (however it has a huge impact on my life), instead it's to see how much success I can achieve from others. I only focus on those serious enough to take my advice and really do something with it, which sadly there are very few.

What books do your read that you would recommend?
REWORK - Work doesn't happen at work and the whole notion of "Less is more" is bull****.

REMOTE - It's all about delegating. If you want to make some serious income with less work, focus on learning how to delegate tasks properly and just manage it. Then once you reach a certain point hire someone else to manage the delegation.

What steps do you recommend I take?
There's no way anyone would be able to advise you properly on what to do without knowing your experience and what businesses you've already built. For one person Facebook might work, whilst another person might be better at cold calling and another may be very antisocial.

Your personality plays greatly on what steps you need to take and if someone doesn't take that into account before advising you, they're likely misleading you (maybe even by accident).

I made $33,000 in 1 month. That's my best month with a home business opportunity
I still have five figure months.

My mindset: I think like Im about to go broke. It drives me to more success and income. It forces out laziness also.

Books I read and recommend: The Bible - Proverbs you need to read if you plan to live good
The 4 hour work week - Excellent book a must read for all people in business and marketing
Rich Dad Poor Dad - Why people are poor and rich. Pure breakdown

Steps I recommend you take: Find a proven time tested home business system or product and a sales funnel that can make you money while you sleep. Be sure when you do make a sale it can pay all your bills for that month. I'm talking about BIG money not small money..
