I've learned my lesson for all the journey I took the bad things I've done looking for all the answers in personal development it all boils down to kindness.

    That is an awesome point! Kindness is truly essential and much more important than any type of religion that is the religion I want to be part of, the continuous development of being kind and always being on the look out for helping out someone in need.

    I loved this one video I came across that someone shared on FB check it out when you get a chance it is for a commercial but the concept of it truly is amazing. It is called "Unsung Hero"

    Kindness is somewhat of a special feat these days, it seems like being "big and tough" will help you live a higher quality of life to some people (which really isn't the case).

    I try to be kind to everyone. One thing I do which I don't ever get in return IRL is be kind to people where I have nothing to gain from the situation. People are only kind to me when they want something... which sucks but I realised it a while back.

    I am even kind to people I dislike, if someone sticks their fingers up at me I just smile at them!

      It's not really easy to be kind because sometimes ego gets in the way. Kindness is a repeated action, its a habit that you have to practice everyday.
