Let's Talk About Work Ethic!
Man, does it feel good to be back on here posting after being absent for the last couple of months. I'm impressed by the changes Freelancer have added and I'm excited about how the forum will evolve over the next couple of months
I personally think that the term "Work Ethic" is extremely underused in personal development resources, it seems that they'd rather spend their time confusing people by talking about finding your "passion" or discovering your "purpose".
Think about it, having a good work ethic is most likely one of the major contributors in peoples success. Yet, it receives so little attention..
(Hey! If you know why, feel free to let me know! It'll save me a whole bunch of confusion)
Here's what Google thinks the term "Work Ethic" means:
That seems about right to me, after all, most successful people have a pretty serious work ethic. When was the last time you saw a big time entrepreneur talk about you don't have to work to achieve success.
Exactly.
This term, it's something I think about when I'm not doing what needs to be done in order to move forward. It helps get me going.
So, here's a question for you Warriors.

Think about it, your honest answer will hold a lot of truth about where you are in life today.
