    Accepting failure is key to success
    Using your failures to empower yourself to be what you want to be. Something I always say to people is that the most successful people in the world has failed more times then a bum on the street. As a matter of fact, a bum on the street could not mentally or physically handle the failures successful people encounter.

    Fearless vs Fearful - Fear is a tool for successful people. One should not be fearless, but understand fear. Overcome all your fears, but never be fearless.. Understand the reasons to fear, and remember what is required to overcome those fears each and every time.

    I totally agree, Fear is important in a similar manner as pain. Imagine being painless and burning your whole arm before you realize it. Fear protects us so we can pay keen attention to what or whom we are dealing with. In some instances it may even be foolhardy or simply foolish to be fearless.
