Has Anyone Tried Deliberate Joy?

This is a great 2 minute video I found a few weeks ago. Richard Fowler is a news show, but he talks about this type of inspirational stuff sometimes.


Has anyone tried deliberate joy to make you more productive, achieve your goals faster, etc.? I have been doing this for a few years. I would say it's made a world of difference in my life, in making me more balanced, more connected, more in flow with my higher purpose in life. What do you think? Have you connected with the energy of Joy?

    Thank you for sharing this. It is easy enough for any of us to get caught up in our emotions. Know that I do sometimes, I will take some time to think about this for myself. This could very well be something that will help me overcome any kind of frustrations.

    Most of my frustrations I know are ridiculous to some people. I have this thing with repetitive sounds.. or consistent clicking or tapping drives can actually anger me at times. Laughing at it now,,, but its horrible when that anger triggers.. I have to leave the scene..

    Silly huh?

    @damiensuccess, I know exactly what you mean Damien. I used to live with tons of frustrations and irritations all the time. However for many years now, it seems that I am in a constant state of joy and higher vibration (thinking higher thoughts, being inspired always, being in flow, etc.) This is because I have been meditating, etc. You should try meditating. In addition, I think the one free online tool that has helped me the most to come into a state of joy and has made a night and day shift in me is the site www.morningmessages.com I recommend it to everyone who wants this energy of joy in their lives! All you have to do is go to that site and watch the short video there. Just couple minutes long. Then opt-in to their list. There is nothing to buy. They will start sending you a message every 3 days. Very short. Just 5 minutes to read. Just read it. That's it. There are around 88 messages. Read one every 3 days. It helped me enormously! I did it around 5 years ago and it made an enormous difference for me. Hope it helps you too!

    However there are many ways to come into a higher joy state, not just one. You can listen to uplifting music, take nature walks, go to the beach or mountains. Tons of ways. You just need a greater awareness or intent that you want to live in more joy. Then it will start happening. It will take you out of the matrix and connect you more to your Heart!

    If anyone tries Morning Messages, let me know what you think! I loved it! It gave me a 180 degree shift in perspective. Since then I found lot of other things that are fantastic also that I share in my blog.

    Nothing wrong with a guiding message.
    Meditation do seem to be helping greatly, along with the use of bineural music while I am writing or engaging in a project. I think the music helps remind my brain of the state of mind it should be in and helps set it. I am sure there is a science to the connection of frequencies and your brain, but whatever it is, it seems to work for me.

      As I said, there are tons of ways that work. Whatever works for you is correct. Morning Messages is far more than a guiding message! It goes far beyond just the mind level. (It's not religious stuff, no religion there.) You've got to experience it for yourself to understand what I mean. But again, that's the effect it had on me. It puts you more in the energies of Joy, Love, Compassion & Gratitude which are energies that most in our world have forgotten. It gives you a greater balance of left brain and right brain or heart and mind or Yin and Yang or rational mind/ intuitive mind. Again, if you want more effortless joy & flow in your life, then try it! It's free!

    I have not seen this before, thanks for sharing. What I have done is learned about mindfulness. It has honestly changed my life around! Have you looked into this before?

      Mindfulness / awareness / Living in the Now, these are all excellent tools! There are tons of great tools that make you more self aware! Use what you feel drawn to and your Higher Self will lead you to more of whatever is right for you & whatever you need for your path!

      Higher vibration or joyfulness (what I learnt from Morning Messages) is also a very important skill for all humans I think.
