Holiday (Vacation) Listening/Reading

Hi Warriors.

Rather than downloading a load of audio - taking it all on holiday and then not gaining anything from it, I though I'd ask for your help!

I go away on Thursday, to Greece. I have decided that I am not going to work whatsoever, but I am going to do lots of reading and listening to MP3's.

My aim is to come back from my holiday and really start making strides towards my long term and short term goals.

Anyway...

Can anybody recommend any good books or audio?

Better still...does anybody have any links to stuff i can download and get on my iPod?

Thanks

David

If you're really want to get mood, don't read anything related to online marketing when you going holiday.Just left all at home.Clear your mind.See from new perspective on your holiday. This is how you will become more creative.

      David,

Why not turn that on its head and save a few quid in the process...

...since you already have your short & long term goals, take a small notebook and a pen, and when you're relaxing by the pool just doodle some ideas and plans to help drive them forward.

Specific steps, people and actions you can take to start building momentum... broken down into 15 min chunks if possible.

When you get home pick one and implement it.

You don't need no self-help stuff no more ;-)

      Happy hols!

I never thought of it like that Mark!

I think I may just do that...I've already got a notepad with about 30 business ideas written up, so I can pick the best ones and develop them further!

        Thanks for the eye opener!

Ken Robinson says schools kill creativity | Video on TED.com

I'm reading Ken Robinson's book The Element at the moment. Although the video talks about schools, that's not what the book is about. It's more about finding your passion in life. I'm really enjoying it.

It's available as an mp3 download if you prefer to listen, but not sure if you can get it that way in the UK. It's not available as an mp3 in Aus.
