PERSONAL DEVELOPMENT

Simple two steps:-

1. Jot down your failure in a paper. Then burn that paper.
2. Write down about the matters you want to achieve. Then keep it with yourself.

While your Writing the stuff down, will be most longest time for which you might get frustrated. Its better to just SWITCH IT OFF.

Meditate was my first thought, then go do a quick exercise, or you can just do what was already mentioned...

Write it all down on a sheet of paper
then rip the paper to shreds.

I have adopted the mantra "Forgive but never forget". It seems to work, it isn't difficult because you choose to retain the memory for its value in your life, but you forgive yourself for making the mistake or being frustrated about it.

Works for people in your life too.

1. Meditate

2. If #1 fails, attempt rational solution (talk it out if another person is involved)

3. If #2 fails, remove the problem from the equation (jab+cross+jab+low kick if another person is involved)

But really, it's either resist or remove. All else is madness.

frustration is caused by failure or expecting more that needed. stop every thing that comes to your mind and think of the reason for your present frustration . if there is anything you can do to improve then do it next time . otherwise think that god wanted it that way and whatever he does he does it for our good in the long run. I Myself faced many failures which i could not understand at that time but with maturity i came to know that those events were for my good only.

My positive side won't even let me write down the stuff on paper and burn it! In such situations I end up telling myself - "What the heck, I built my Rome from scratch and how dare some useless emotion get to my head and eat into my pride?"

  Let me give you the exact opposite to think about!
  
  I myself would never ever see my frustration (or failure) to be a bad or annoying thing and try to get rid of or forget them fast... That would be missing a great opportunity!
  
  I see frustration and failure to be one of the greatest gifts and lessons I can have and I am grateful for them. Your failure or frustration is so clearly trying to help you see that you have made a wrong choice and now you need to make a correction and choose differently. If you don't want to use some time thinking about why you failed or are frustrated, you are going to throw away the possibility it holds for you: the answer for good things to happen.

I listen to so much positive audio that I'm able to stop myself while I'm getting frustrated and remember that getting frustrated is not the answer to my problem. It's kind of like fear, it has a purpose but it can prevent you from going the extra mile or doing the thing that will bring you closer to success.
