I'm still trying to figure out how and where to fit in processing email and reviewing finances. Then how to set up a good working routine for writing that helps motivate and keep me focused. Any tools tips, ideas would be awesome.

Well, your morning routine's pretty decked? Are you sure you need that 15 minute meditation/affirmation task? You'll be needing that additional minutes for working more on your work tasks instead. But, whatever works for you, I guess. I'm just doing it as it goes.

For 10 years I got up at 5am and meditated for 1 hour. Showered, had breakfast, then started my day. You would be surprised how still the mind can get with 10 years of practice.

Wow an hour! That is awesome. I think meditation is an important practice. I'm really just starting. I was thinking about moving the affirmations to during my drive to work. And maybe my reading time to my lunch break. I seem to get lots accomplished in the morning since starting this routine last week, but struggling to get focused after the morning routine.

I wake up and immediately begin breakfast for my husband (I don't like to eat RIGHT after waking up). While he is eating I prepare him lunch, give him a kiss and send him out the door. I then fix some food for myself. Often something light such as yogurt and berries, a smoothie, or a bagel with cream cheese (Yesssss!). No matter what I eat though, I've gotta have my iced mocha!

I then plug into some daily inspiration and mind set training to get me on the right track. After that I am ready to dive into work!

wake up, take a shower and sit for meditation. As we should all thank GOD first for showing us another morning. After that i start the day by running as its the school time and then the office time....
