What I would Do Differently (Lesson 1) - Worry Won't Solve Any Problem

Worry Won't Solve Any Problem
"When you worry, you are paying interest on an overdraft
you never took! Does it make any sense?"

Overtime, however, I have realized that our emotions make us magnets;
living magnets. Our emotions create magnetic fields around us. Magnets
throw out radiation, they have magnetic field and they have the power to
attract and the power to repel. I discovered that as a human being, the kind
of radiation you send out will determine what you attract and what you will
repel. If your attitude is negative, if your emotions are negative, you will
repel miracles. You will attract problems and you will attract the wrong set
of people to yourself.

So you need to exercise discipline over your emotions. That is where you begin and decided that you are not going to be depressed, you are not going
to be sad. Fight those emotions, fight them with prayers, fight them
with confessions, speaking over and over again to yourself. Learn to break
free whenever a negative mood want to hang around you. Your life will be
changed. It will change radically. You will began to attract the right set of people. You will begin to attract opportunities you had never attracted before. You will begin to attract resources you had never attracted before.
Let me say this to you, it is not because things are bad that you are sad, it is
because you are sad that is why things are bad. Break free from sadness,
sign into joy willingly, and I guarantee, your life will change for the better.

ACTION NOTES
o Sit down now for 30 minutes, take a sheet of paper and list the things that are
working currently in your life.
o Take another sheet of paper and list everything that you think are not working in
your life.
o Compare the two lists and score yourself. Have you been fair to God and to yourself?
o Count your blessings and it would surprise you what the Lord has done.
o Learn to thank God for everything that is happening around you, negative or
positive for ultimately they will work for your good!

    Hi there,

I am not religious, however, I believe that there is God.
I like your action notes. I am currently doing them, but it is always good to be reminded by this. Since, we people , especially me, tend to forget.
    Best regards.

    osamaye360,

I appreciate you taking time to post...

I believe in God as well...

The thing I learned years ago is worrying is not productive... It doesn't change a single thing...

I need to keep my eyes on God.... and not my challenges in life.

It is much easier said than done.

    All the Best,
