I'm probably the furthest thing from a bodybuilder that exists, but this video blew me away. There are tons of gold nuggets in this video that can be applied to business or any area where you'd like to succeed Enjoy!:

More correct to call him the most aesthetic man in terms of body structure. He was strong, but there are plenty of people who are/were stronger than he was when he got Mr.Olympia.

      Regardless, I love Arnie.

When someone tells you "You can't do that", this phrase should give you the biggest motivation of your life.

"You can't be Mr Universe, Arnold"
    "You can't act!"
    "You can't be a governor"

    Arnold replied :

    "YES I CAN!"

Thanks for sharing.Amazing story, really motivational.

This is a great story, Arnold has done well for himself.

However, he is just one in millions of people who had the same "vision", the same determination, put in the same effort, worked just as hard as him, or harder, trying to achieve the same thing and failed miserably.

If a documentary film maker would set out to show the stories of those who had chased the same "dream" as Arnold and failed, he would have to make millions of documentaries. This documentaries might feature miserable, depressed people, ruined lives and broken families.

As I said, Arnold is just one success story in millions of stories of failure . If I do the math and I am being honest with my self, I must recognize that chasing a "dream" is actually an obsession of the mind that will most likely destroy everything good in life.

Think about this, why anyone in their right mind would want to follow a strategy that has a one in a million chance for success.

Love Arnold. Even though he used steroids, his commitment to personal excellence and achievement by any means is a huge inspiration. He has a great documentary on Netflix as well that follows him around when he is in his 20's and working to defend his 6th title as bodybuilding champion
