After reading a lot about positive thinking and changing one 's mindset. I came across the article about 7 days mental diet which is also recommended by Tony. I decided to go for Mental Diet for 10 days.
If you are not aware about mental diet please read this post The Seven Day Mental Diet. I am doing mental diet from 10 days but I am failing every single day. Now the time period to do it successfully is going from 10 minutes flat to 10 hours long and I am sure that within 30 days I am able to complete my 10 days mental diet.
I am basically relied on powerful Habitual Question from Tony Robinson. Whenever I am in the tough situation I just asked myself how can I convert this problem into assets and how can thrive in this circumstances. I am getting some help and also enjoying the benefits but this is a real struggle. I find that I am just talking myself and focusing myself again and again on the positive question. And this create the headache and also two short sleep nights. But I am also getting benefits from it.
Do you provide any other suggestion from your experience which help me to go through the mental diet in easy way.
