I have hard time to sell face to face

I'm very disapointed with face to face meetings without sales. Also success online sales are getting worse since more and more buyers use custom mobile site generators.

I'm also lazy meeting people and do their custom mobile site.

I'm now having a radically different marketing approach on how to sell mobile site and will need your opinion.

Yes, I figure out last that using the word "mobile website" as a product is no more accurate since responsive websites are all over the place and killing the mobile niche.

The best term to use will be "universal app" or similar (if you have any better ideas, let us know).
Why "universal"? because it can be displayed on any devices (iphone, android, windows...) and why "app"? because it is trendy and famous. I did met many prospects and I showed them my mobile site, 8 out 10 were saying "mobile app" and not mobile website.

For selling these "universal apps" I will use my website with cart or e-commerce enabled rather than a contact form for direct sales.

This is how I've done business selling my mobile sites before:
They check my website full of infos about mobile website (stats, definitions....), portfolio,... then when they are interested they have to contact me by phone or email and have a meeting to custom made their mobile website.

New strategy:
Have a ready made mobile website that can be tested in a simulator with generic contents like "your company name, your name, your adress, your logo..." This looks like a template but with optional customization stuff like color of menu, background...
Under this product will be a "add cart" button so they can buy.

After their purchase they will be redirect to a form where they enter infos like seen on template (name of company, upload logo...color....) and submit it.

I only have to update the mobile site and send additional infos like domain name, redirect, hosting or Qr code...

So from my office, no need to go out anymore for face to face!

The secret will be to make templates according to each niche and put a SOLD text on sold items so they have a unique "universal app" or mobile site.
