It really depends what he's doing in terms of advertising, but yes, if it's just a website, and he's manually advertising it, Google Analytics should be more than enough.

i am new to mobile marketing .so that require tracking traffic sources and conversion .

You could try prosper202 which is free.

Or go with a true mobile tracking solutions like voluum or Thrive tracker (new).

Don't mess around, use imobitrax. voluums is way too limited and restricted.
